Can I order a size that’s different from the one you recommend on your sizing page?

Sure. These are just our recommended sizes. If you want more room in your case to carry additional accessories, you can order a different sized case.

What if I’m not sure which case will fit my camera the way I want it to?

You are welcome to order two sizes and see which one fits your camera to your liking. As long as you don’t use the extra case and it remains new, you can return the one you don’t want for a full refund. The only additional cost to you is the cost to ship it back to us - about $3.95 (maximum depending on what state you are in) through the US Mail.

What if I don’t see my Camera model on your sizing pages?

We may very likely have a case that will fit your camera. Email us at askgary@sfbags.com and tell us the make and model of your camera and we’ll help you find the right size. If you know the factory specified dimensions, include them in your email too.

What is a carabiner and why is one included with the case?

A carabiner is a metal ring with one spring-hinged side that is often used by mountain climbers. The carabiner allows you to easily hook the loop on your camera case to a belt loop or strap.

How will the Pic Pocket case protect my camera?

The Pic Pocket is lined with 6 mm neoprene, which has excellent shock-absorbing qualities. The durable ballistic covering is water-resistant. The case is designed to provide ample protection for everyday use.

What kind of leather do you use on the side panels?

We used a naturally-tanned, lightly treated leather. Each piece is one-of-a-kind and displays the natural texture of the hide. Over time the leather should show character like a good leather bomber jacket.
