Pixel and Reed Hoffmann specifically. We only use and talk about
the coolest and best, and your laptop sleeves and bags are just

Dear Gary:
Just as a follow-up. I was surprised this morning by a knock on
the door -- it was Airborne delivering the 17" Racer-X! Let's see,
I ordered on Friday afternoon and actually receive the product Monday
morning, without having paid for more than regular ground shipping
-- WOW.
The bag itself is just as I had expected/hoped. Great looking exterior,
excellent construction, plenty of interior room for "necessities"
and protection for the laptop. All in a case that is compact and
easy to carry. I have owned at least 12 different laptops, each
with at least one carrying case. I have sometimes spent quite a
lot more than what you charge for your Racer-X, but I have never
owned any other laptop cases/bags as well crafted and user-friendly
as yours. Rest assured, that anytime I need another item you manufacture,
you will be my first and only choice.

Gary-
I had the day off and decided to sleep in a little. Well, at 9am
sharp there was a knock on my door. My bags had arrived. I opened
the box and was amazed by the contents. The bags are exactly what
I expected. The Racer-X and Cargo will surely keep my TiBook protected.
I’m really pleased, so far. Also at the fact that they just down-right
look good. I regret not buying my Cargo in Taxi because now I just
want everyone to look at what I got. However, the real test is yet
to come – utilization. Just by looking at the quality and materials,
I think they’ll be fine.

Gary,
I am blown away.
I ordered the Racer-x late yesterday and it arrived by lunch today.
It fits my tibook perfectly. I am able to carry everything I did
before only it takes up only a little over half the space. I drive
a Miata and being able to reclaim any space is cause to celebrate.
My wife is already increasing the size of her makeup bag. The construction
and material of the Racer-x is top level. My computer is protected
from falls and bumps much better than it has ever been before. The
only thing I can think of that I might add would be an "O" ring
where the zipper closes and increase the size of the zipper loop
so that a small lock could be used to secure the computer in the
bag.
Your service could not be better. Who are you guys? I ran across
a review of one of your early bags. The review was so favorable
that I thought I would give you a shot. All things considered I
think the review undersold both your great service and wonderful
product.

- that's just two days from SF to UK...amazing!
Previously when I've ordered stuff from the States it's taken 2-3
