Day 21, Apr. 6 - Guten Tag from Germany
Here's a peek at how Germany is managing these times:
"I guess these must be strange and uncertain times for companies like yours.
Here in Germany we started to cope with the virus by not shaking hands or giving welcome hugs and keep a distance of five feet between ourselves. (Family not included :) ) Then we decided to not go out. Bars and Restaurants are closed anyway. Even hairdressers and small shops are closed.
The government is working on plans for financial help for all companies that are struggling with the financial losses. For people here, it is quite hard to stay at home but we live with the harder restrictions for one week now and it becomes more and more familiar. You can go for a walk with your family. Or with one other person maximum.

Many companies offer "home work" for their employees. The worst thing you can do is to behave as if nothing happened.
And we care for each other. We are supporting our locals on social media like Facebook. Restaurants offer meals for take-away there and other small companies join in by also offering their goods for "take away”.
