First Impression

I reached out to Gary and staff at WaterField Designs/SF bags to see if they could accommodate a custom order. I wanted the strap of the Muzetto bag changed to a different color. I was contacted in the affirmative and at no extra cost. As I needed the bag for a long travel trip, SF Bags also made sure that the bag was expedited to meet my departure date. As for the bag... WOW! is probably the best way to describe my first impression. It is absolutely the finest quality bag I have ever purchased and the leather smells so good too! The care and attention to detail is something that struck me as soon as the bag was delivered and the shipping box opened. The leather used is of an exceptional quality, full grained and naturally tanned, it is a good thickness which I expect to be extremely durable and should last me for years to come. I opted for black accent colors with black strap and to me, the color of the leather pairs beautifully with these accents. The inner pockets have all been carefully placed and work well for my laptop, sketch pads, note books, pens and tech accessories. The bag is sturdy with black metal D ring attachments for the strap. It is not often that you make a purchase where the item far exceeds your expectations! I tip my hat to Gary and SF Bags for exemplary customer service and a first class product. I will be checking back in within the year with an update on how the bag is faring with an honest user experience.

Carrying the Muzetto around couldn't be any more comfortable. It's the perfect portable size to match the iPad and it's very easy to handle. The shoulder pad will make carrying your stuff around a pleasure and your neck will appreciate it even more if you decide to use the shoulder strap around your neck. Would I dare say this is one of the best leather bags around? In a heartbeat, yes. WaterField never disappoints.
