Just what I wanted and thought what I was getting

It is a solid, well-designed, stylish product. Delivers well on all fronts. Saw so many different options during the research, but this was best for me.

Protection Perfected

Protects my iPad Air without the bulk. Makes retrieving from and replacing in a stuffed backpack easy. Looks great as a stand alone carry case. Elastic strap keeps iPad safe inside and side pocket for accessories.

Perfect for the iPad mini 6

Needing a sleeve for my iPad mini 6, I went with the same Dash sleeve that protects my surface laptop and MacBook Airs. This time I went with the vertical version, usually getting the horizontal sleeves for laptops. Going vertical was a good choice for me. The iPad just slips in exposing the usb C connector for easy charging. The mesh pocket on the back is divided having a secure storage spot for the pencil, leaving the remainder of the pocket I use for my iPhone, but a mouse or charge cable and plug could also go there. Everything I would like to have with me while having coffee out, or waiting for an appointment is in this one, smart looking carry. Not having to carry items in my coat or pants pockets is another unexpected advantage when I am in a minimalist mood.

The felt lining is perfect protection for the mini screen. The elastic loop keeps the iPad secure as does the elastic back pocket. I chose the blue Forza textile which compliments the black elastic strap, mesh pocket and Waterfield label. I was looking for a case that would protect my iPad, but feel as if I received more because of how well it fits my lifestyle. I’m more likely to leave the house with the iPad now that it is neatly kitted up, charged and ready to go at all times. I recommend this for iPad mini 6 with the new design whole heartedly. But if you have the older design, going with a zippered closure may provide better security. The iPad mini travel case worked well for my older iPads.

This is my second iPad Pro case. It’s a well constructed, sturdy sleeve. My only wish is that it had the same fuzzy outside and soft lining as the previous version of this sleeve.
