Fantastic Airpods Max Case

I’ve bought a few products from Waterfield in the past, and I have not once been disappointed, so I had a feeling I’d love this case. My concern here was whether to get the blue leather case (which I’d bought before for a different bag and loved) or the blue Forza case. I kept going back and forth, until finally, I decided to try something new and bought the blue Forza case.

I was not disappointed. It’s beautiful, with a little bit of a blue/black shimmer when the light bounces off of it a certain way. And, of course, it’s still got that high-quality construction Waterfield always delivers. Definitely the perfect case for. my blue Airpods Max.

Best AirPods Max case by far!

I tested out a few other cases in stores but all of em just felt kind of cheap and definitely very uninspiring. This, especially in the Forza fabric, is gorgeous, impeccably sewn, has excellent, confidence-inspiring structure for protection, and makes use of the space in the middle with the quick access pocket that surprisingly has excellent volume!

I'm often not a huge fan of the somewhat "shiny" YKK aquaguard zips, as they often feel a bit sticky, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that this one is incredibly smooth to operate! Being well-sewn and having no catch points is a testament to the design and craftsmanship. As with any pack or accessory with zippers, the zipper is definitely one of the most important parts and the part that feels extra cheap on the imported mass market cases. The custom pulls lie flat and add a very premium feel to complete the package!

LOW POWER MODE WITH CENTER MAGNET

A central magnet puts the AirPods Max into low-power mode when the two ear cups are placed on either side of it. It also keeps the ear cups from bumping into each other accidentally.

The magnetic tab lies flat when the Apple Smart Case is on the AirPods Max, and flips up when the Smart Case is off, preserving power while it's in the case.

We use the high-performance Forza textile to create a colorful case to complement the AirPods Max headset. The Forza fabric is made by weaving together two yarn-dyed nylon threads in a unique basketweave creating a vibrant pattern with undertones. It has a very classy look with a bit of texture.
