We've been committed to making products in the USA since our start in 1998. Back then, off-shore manufacturing was the prevailing trend, and many sewing shops in San Francisco were shuttered.
We wanted hands-on experience with the products we were making — from the idea phase to final production. We wanted to ensure things were done right, make changes on the fly, and iterate on the design as needed.

We use only premium, full-grain leather for our bags and accents. It comes from the toughest part of the hide with the tightest grain so it's extremely durable.

Great bag for work! I love that straps are long enough that I can wear them over my shoulder. Nice feature that each compartment can be filled to full capacity of the bag.
I wanted a day bag that could hold my iPad and a few essentials without being too bulky. The bag is perfect for that. I keep a long sleeve lightweight hoodie, a beanie cap, and sunglasses case in the bag most of the time and can add my iPad in a Dash sleeve, occasionally a book or other small items, with my wallet, phone, keys all in the outside pocket. The material is nice as always. I can’t think of any downside to this bag. It replaced my Sutter Tech Sling which was a little too rigid and therefore unable to accommodate some of the items I might want to throw in there from time to time.
Got the Air porter carry on bag two weeks ago. A trip to Charlotte and now Dallas. Carries all my gear iPad Air, 15 in laptop, Dopp kit, headphones plus all the little accessories. Fits under the airplane seat no problem in 4 different airplanes now…standing upright so there’s room for my feet!
