How do I attach the Shoulder Pad to my strap?

You can attach your Shoulder Pad to any strap up to 2 inches in width by opening it up and wrapping it around the shoulder strap. The Velcro closure will keep it secure. You should be able to slide the pad up and down the strap to find the perfect place for it on your shoulder.

What is the function of the material on the bottom of the Shoulder Pad?

The material on the bottom of the pad is designed to keep the pad from slipping off your shoulder and wrinkling your clothes - just another detail we didn’t overlook. The interior material is slick so the strap can slide through making it quick and easy to rotate the bag from the rear walking position to the front to access contents.

I received a Shoulder Pad with my VertiGo/Cargo, but I’d like one for another of my bags. Can I buy one separately?
