Just wanted to share some feedback now that I've had my bag for a few days. First off, OUTSTANDING build quality! I've been flying two or more times per week for the past 5 years and I've gone through more than my fair share of bags. I can tell this one's going to stand up to the punishment of travel. I can also tell it's going to spare my precious MacBook Air that same punishment.

Second, at the risk of sounding like a real estate agent, it's got some great spaces. My laptop fits like a glove, along with its power adapter. The two mesh pockets are great for dongles, the charger cables for my iPhone and bluetooth headset, and my wallet. I don't carry a mouse or a super drive, but I found that those two pockets are also perfect fits for my iPhone and my B&N nook. My whole digital life now fits into a space the same size as the old laptop I got rid of in favor of my MacBook Air!

Dear Gary,
As usual, your company continues to provide exemplary customer service. You keep your customers updated if items they've ordered are out of stock and then again when new stock has been received. You even make sure the customer still is interested in the original order. I do most of my purchasing on-line and WaterField Designs honestly has, by far, the best customer service of any and also provides an elegant, well-made product. I wish all companies and businesses were as caring and customer-oriented as WaterField.
