I'm writing to give my feedback on my new, compact cozmo bag which I ordered online from you guys. You shipped it out the same day, which itself was amazing these days. But the main reason I'm writing is because I just love this thing! The bag is so comfortable and small and yet holds so much more than you'd think possible when looking at it. It has so many neat and useful compartments and is still so spacious. My iBook fits in great and I can get it in and out very easily. I also have plenty of room for all my other stuff. In the short time I've been carrying around my cozmo I've been asked about it a lot, especially by people at airports (since I travel a great deal) struggling with their laptops and bland, non-utilitarian bags. You guys are good. Thanks so much.

Where to begin. When I placed my order for the Large Cozmo Suite Spot sweet anticipation can hardly begin to describe how I was feeling. Rom was fantastic, he answered my questions and made the process seamless. That was Wednesday, 4:00 EST.

It is now 2:15 on Friday EST and I just pulled the bag out. UNBELIEVABLE! I have owned a great deal of laptop bags, Targus, PORT, L.L Bean, EMS.

This bag blows the rest of the competition completely out of the water. (pun intended)

Let me know if there is any way that I might able to get the word out. Kudos on a job well done. Clearly your commitment to producing a superior product, fantastic customer service and willingness to "Think Differently" are what make your company work. My G4 800 Mhz TiBook feels like it has found a long lost friend.

The Cozmo bag is extraordinary. This is the first bag I have *ever* had that does not hurt my shoulder or neck. The shoulder-strap is comfortable and with the offest "D-rings" the bag is perfectly balanced. At the end of the day, no matter how many steps I have climbed, heavy doors I have opened or lines I have stood in, my shoulder and neck *do not* hurt. And the handles are perfect for those few times I need to carry the bag. The Cozmo bag is also beautiful (and no, that's not an overstatement). It is stylish, attractive and professional.

Today was the first day of classes. Three minutes after entering my first class, someone complimented me on the Cozmo. They thought it was a great bag and wanted to know where I bought it.

Besides telling everyone I know how much I love this bag for its looks and because it doesn't hurt my shoulder, I tell them "It's bulletproof!" I always know I'll be safe with my Cozmo. If I ever have to be a librarian on hostile ground, I'll make sure I carry it in front of me. I'll also make sure the logo is facing out so everyone will know where to purchase one! Then I can tell everyone "This bag saved my life. Literally"!!

When I finally buy an iPod, I will obviously buy a Super Dooper iPod Case.
