  How We Ship  
     

Our on-line store is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week and we ship Monday through Friday. Your order will ship within one business day.

Express Overnight orders received before noon here in San Francisco should ship the same day.

If you order an out-of-stock item, we'll notify you as soon as possible.

If you have a special shipping need, call us and we'll try to take care of it for you.

Ground Service is 1-6 days depending on how far away from San Francisco you are.

Shipping Rates
These rates apply to a complete order and not to each item ordered. So, for example, if you order 20 Medium Cargo bags via Ground Service, not only will you be one of our favorite customers, but your total shipping charge will be only $7.

Domestic Rates
$7 -- Ground Service (48 Contiguous States)
$10 -- US Priority Mail Approximately 2-3 Days (available for HI, AK & APO)
$18 -- Fed Ex Guaranteed 2 Business Day Air Service (48 Contiguous States) - signature required
$35 -- FedEx Guaranteed Next Business Day Service to most locations - signature required

International Rates
$25 -- International Priority Air Mail Approximately 7-12 days / Not trackable en route
$50 -- International Express Service Approximately 4-6 days / Trackable en route
$75 -- FedEx International Express Approximately 2-4 days / Very trackable en route
$20 -- Canada Priority Mail Approximately 5-12 days / Not trackable en route

You may be charged a brokerage fee and or duty on your end.

  Warranties  
     

WaterField warrants to the original consumer (Purchaser) that our product is free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. This limited warranty covers defects encountered in the normal use of the product and does not apply if the product is damaged due to physical abuse, mishandling, accident, animal attack, or negligence, or if the product is altered or modified by the Purchaser in any way. This warranty does not cover the natural breakdown of materials which may occur after extended use of the product.

If the product is found to be defective, WaterField's only obligation and the Purchaser's sole and exclusive remedy is the repair or replacement of the product with the same or comparable product. WaterField shall have no liability or responsibility to the Purchaser or any other person for any special, incidental or consequential losses or damages caused or alleged to be caused directly or indirectly by the product.

Except for the express warranty stated above, WaterField makes no other warranties with respect to the product, expressed or implied, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

All returns must be sent to WaterField at the Purchaser's expense. Any product we find to be defective will be repaired or replaced, at our option. If we receive a product that is not covered under this warranty, we will contact the sender and advise of appropriate repair charges.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from state to state.

 
     
  Guarantee / Return Policy  
     
 

We do our best to make sure you'll be satisfied with every purchase. However, should any item fall short of your expectations, return it to us unused within 30 days of receipt and we will send you a prompt refund or replacement, which ever you prefer. We don't charge any restocking fees and you will be responsible for all shipping charges.
