Hey Gary (and team),
I wanted to take the time to say how much I've enjoyed my bag - I got the Outback waxed canvas 10-in bag.

I wanted something rugged, even bulletproof, that will age nicely, and something that will fit my iPad. This fit the bill perfectly. The only thing I preferred was to have a fabric strap instead of the included nylon one - and since you graciously sent me some extra fabric I was able to have one made just for me. So now, the strap is removable, and I also have the original nylon strap in case I want to revert to that.

The guy who created the strap for me was duly impressed with the craftsmanship - saying the bag is very well made. He was even more impressed when I pulled out the fabric for him to use. My previously cool canvas bag is now uber-cool. See attached photo for the addition.

I got my Muzetto Waxed Canvas 11" Bag for my MacBook Air. WOW! This is the bag I have been dreaming of for years. I cant imagine buying a bag elsewhere. Fantastic attention to detail and quality details abound! I am VERY happy and decided to order a wallet now as well! :)

I just received my Muzetto 13” laptop bag the other day, and I am amazed!

I was a little nervous spending so much on a bag that I thought was comparable to some selling for [about] $80, until I opened the package. The quality of design and construction of this bag are a cut above. I have no doubt that this is a 20 year bag, where many of the competitors I was considering looked like they might last a year or two.

My only regret is that I didn’t have the guts to go for the green one, I stayed with the conservative black. But then, the amber colored liner added that splash of color I needed for my own satisfaction, without showing it off to the world. It’s kind of like having a really nice jacket, lined in lime green silk, it’s just for me.

Anyway, I just wanted to say thanks, and that now that I recognize the quality of your work I will be ordering a slip case for my kindle from you guys soon.

Oh, and I also really appreciated the handwritten note on the packing slip...nice touch! I will certainly spread the good word...
