I used to live in SF and I've had a sleevecase for my 15"powerbook for the last 3 years, so now that I've moved to a macbook I need a case that will fit it properly.
The powerbook case has gone through 3 years of use and still looks perfect. It saved my powerbook from a backflip in an airport carpark onto concrete, leaving the powerbook with nothing but a tiny mark on the corner as a reminder to keep a tighter grip on it...

I just received the laptop sleeve I ordered. You have another very satisfied customer. It fit my HP tc4200 perfectly, including accommodating the hump it has near the screen hinge. The fit is not loose, and not too tight: just right. The piggyback fits my DVD drive perfectly. Looks like I can fit a hard drive in there too in the future. I was very impressed with the sturdy design (particularly all the metal clips/rings), yet the bag is also very light, thin and stylish.
The loop at the bottom of the bag is quite handy too for pulling the bag away from the computer when taking it out -- you people think of everything! I will definitely recommend your products to anyone looking for a bag.

Two weeks ago I was at a conference in Nashville and saw a physician
that had a sleeve for his I-Book. When I asked him about it, he
raved about SF BAGS! I have 4 attaché cases and merely
wanted something to safely carry my laptop. However, when I went
to your website, I broke the 10th commandment when I saw the Cozmo
Bag in blue!
Sanity returned. I called and spoke to Gary. From all the testimonials
written to him, I didn't know if this was a real person or someone
fictional (like Ronald McDonald). Gary, you were most helpful.
You didn't talk me into anything I didn't need, but made sure
I would order what I really needed. I ordered my sleeve on Monday,
which was a Federal holiday, and received it on Thursday. I didn't
realize the US Postal Service could send anything from San Francisco
to Virginia Beach in 3 days! It was the first time I ever received
a "Thank You" note when I opened the box.
The sleeve has a pocket the size of a file folder, is great looking
and padding...thick enough to be part of the body armor issued
to our troops!

Thanks for the notification. In this specific instance, I stumbled
onto your site in the course of a larger search for sleeve cases
that actually FIT the Sony TX-series. Prior to this purchase I
only recognized your bags by sight, so didn't know to search for
"WaterField" or associate the domain name "sfbags"
with your product.
Some time ago, a friend of mine showed me her WaterField case
and mentioned how pleased she was with it. She is one of those
people who is ridiculously selective about what she buys, but
when she buys something she uses the hell out of it. To your credit,
my friend is not only still using that same case, but it's still
in remarkably good condition--hence the reason I recongized its
appearance on your website. This observation, in conjunction with
the finding that (aside from
Sony's outrageously overpriced model) yours is the only company
whose product wasn't:
(a) made from the skin of a rare mythical beast, lined with pashmina,
and hand-stitched with gold thread by 300 year-old Tibetian monks
(priced accordingly);
(b) made from vinyl car upholstery, lined with impact-resistant
kleenex, and hand-stitched by 300 chimpanzees (priced accordingly);
(c) hideous;
(d) "one size fits all"
Thank you for making a well made, reasonably priced, attractive
notebook sleeve that comes in the right size.

Well, Mac people seem to have it going on, so I usually go to
Tekserve here in NYC for my computer sleeves. I recently switched
to this tablet computer, and Tekserve didn't have a sleeve that
would match the tablet, as the battery with the tablet makes the
notebook weirdly wide.
I'm thrilled that you're sending that out so quickly because
I start school on Friday and I was very disappointed when Tekserve
didn't have the sleeve I needed yesterday!
By the way I sold my old sleeve on eBay, and the buyer correctly
noted in my feedback that he couldn't even tell it was used. Well
it surely was used for about four months, and his comment is a
testimony to the quality workmanship of your product. I wouldn't
consider any other product to keep my computer safe!

I have a serious question, and I don't know who else to ask:
How is it that I am in love with my Sleevecase? It has no brain,
no emotions, and no heart; yet, every time I look at it, I just
smile and think, "What a wonderful little case." Perhaps
that's a bit of an exaggeration, but this is one amazing little
product.
I attend Berkeley, soon to begin my sophomore year. Your Sleevecase,
strange as this may sound, contributed greatly to my productivity
during my first year of school. I was able to carry my PowerBook
safely around campus by sticking it in the Sleevecase, which I
then stuck in the laptop pouch of my Targus backpack. You can
never have too much protection, eh? A few months ago, I actually
tripped and fell on my backpack, and my PowerBook didn't have
a dent on it; of course, I'm sure that had a lot to do with the
Sleevecase. Now, I don't mean to suggest that I never carried
the Sleevecase around, unprotected by the backpack. When I wasn't
walking a long distance, I would do just that, using the optional
shoulder strap that I ordered. Again, the PowerBook never even
came close to being dented.
How is it that a case so thin can work so well, and look so good?
It truly boggles my mind. It is also amazing that unlike most
products, which deteriorate quickly over a short period of time,
my Sleevecase still looks brand new, and is fully functional.
My mom just bought a laptop for herself, and she is quite jealous
of my case. I was somehow under the impression that the Sleevecases
were only for Apple products, but now that I see how wrong I was,
I'll let my mom have a field day on your website. As for the rest
of the world, they'll catch on soon enough. When I brought my
case to work, a coworker was green with envy. The PowerBook was
nothing new, but he was playing with the case for ten minutes
straight.
Unbelievable! I just wrote a long email about a laptop case.
I guess that's clear testament to the fact that this isn't any
ordinary case.
By the way, feel free to post this on the testimonial section

My next door neighbor bought one of your sleeves for his TiBook
last year, and has since had a pretty amazing episode with it.
One day last summer he drove off with it on the roof of his car,

This is a testimonial to your product, and I cannot believe it myself...
I ordered and recieved your G4 SleeveCase two weeks before I even
got the computer in late Feb. I wanted a minimal case to carry the
TiBook around by itself or in a backpack...this event happened soon
after..
A friend came to visit, and I set off to the local country club
to meet him with my dog and PB in my mom's Bombardier 30 mph golf-cart
(a jelly-bean bullet, and mom's 80). I had placed the SleeveCase
on the broad dash, and the dog sat in the other seat, and we cruised
along at top speed for the two miles until the fast 90 left turn
into the club, at which point habit took over (I'd had the dog for
two years, but the PowerBook for only two days), and I reached out
to keep Dog Solo from flying out the right side of the cart, forgetting
the Sleevecase, which frisbee'd itself out into the thin thin air.
It hit the pavement, bounced, flipped, and slid into the grass,
and the noise it made seemed terminally expensive...
In a panic, I stopped the cart on the grass and picked up the SleeveCase,
expecting to have parts fall out like teeth after a bar fight, but
the only obvious loose item was the battery, which as you may know
is none too secure to start with. Still fearing broken boards, shattered
display, etc., I placed the 'Book on a table, pushed the "On" button,
and I was amazed to hear the welcome chime...
Final toll: broken lid latch, a teeny tiny piece of metal. No dings,
scratches, or other visible evidence of trauma. I had to scrub the
SleeveCase to get the ground-in tarmac dirt out of the nylon....The
dog is fine, too.

For the past several weeks, I have been searching high and low for

This morning I recieved the stuff (iBook-sleeve & gear-pouch),
I ordered 36 hours earlier! 36 Hours from San Fransisco to Gothenburg-Sweden,
that is quite a good job done by someone...
So, the items I bought not only lived up to the expectations risen
by the sheer look of them on your website, they surpassed them by
far. I salute you! You have quite clearly been out there in the
streets and knows what it takes to keep your gear protected. The
quality of both the fabric and the craftmanship in your products
are top-notch, I like that, a lot! As a matter of fact I liked it
enough to immediately order a Cargo-bag from you, so you see, quality
will sell itself.
I normally do not write notes like this to people I buy stuff from
over the web, but there is a very personal feel about the way you
do your business, from the mail I got from you after my order, to
the note Rom wrote me on the sales receipt. Customers like those
little things, and I like that you are aware of this fact, very
professional!
I very much look forward to seeing my Cargo-bag, I´m sure it's as
great as the other stuff, seams, zippers, the Velcro. the design,
and from a Swedish point of view, where all things imported from
the U.S.A are quite expensive, what with today's exchange rates
and all, I must say that I've bought products of much lower quality
for much more money in the past.

The quality of the stitching and construction is top notch. The
soft neoprene lining is perfect for protecting the delicate titanium
finish on my new TiBook. And finally, it looks really really COOL!
At $54 (w/the ballistic flap), I was hesitant to pay so much $$
