RETURN POLICY
We do our best to make sure you will be satisfied with every purchase. However, should any item fall short of your expectations, return it to us unused within 30 days of receipt and we will send you a prompt refund. We don't charge any restocking fees (unless otherwise noted) and you will be responsible for all shipping charges.
All returns must be sent to WaterField at the Purchaser's expense. Any product we find to be defective will be repaired or replaced, at our option. If we receive a product that is not covered under our Warranty, we will contact the sender and advise of appropriate repair charges.

EU RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from many contracts within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

Please note that under Article 14(1) of Directive 2011/83/EU, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. A prepaid label will be provided through our withdrawal portal; the label cost will be deducted from your refund.
We will issue your refund within fourteen (14) days of receiving notification of your cancellation, or, if later, once we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof that the goods have been shipped back to us.
This right applies to all items purchased through our store.
WARRANTY
WaterField warrants to the original consumer (Purchaser) that our products are free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. Lifetime is defined as the length of time that a product, through normal/expected use, can be expected to function as intended.
What is covered?
Our warranty covers defects encountered in the normal use of the product and does not apply if the product is damaged due to physical abuse, mishandling, accident, animal attack, or negligence, or if the product is altered or modified by the Purchaser in any way.
If the product is found to be defective, WaterField's only obligation and the Purchaser's sole and exclusive remedy is the repair or replacement of the product with the same or comparable product. WaterField shall have no liability or responsibility to the Purchaser or any other person for any special, incidental or consequential losses or damages caused or alleged to be caused directly or indirectly by the product.
What is not covered?
Our warranty does not cover general wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage. It does not cover the natural breakdown of materials which may occur after extended use of the product. Like a favorite pair of jeans, leather bags will eventually show some wear and develop their own character and patina over time. As a natural material, leather will have variations in color, some scars, or creases—these are not defects, but natural characteristics of the leather.
What does "Lifetime" mean?
The lifetime guarantee specifically refers to the length of time, through normal use, a WaterField Designs product will function for its intended purpose. It does not apply to the lifetime of the user.
What is considered "General Wear"?
General wear is the natural breakdown of materials over a long period of normal usage. If your WaterField Designs product has served you well but may be showing a lifetime of normal use, we hope you'll consider buying a replacement to last another lifetime.
