Hands down the best laptop bag I’ve ever owned. 16” M3 MacBook Pro fit perfectly. The attention to detail, solid craftsmanship, extra little “side car” for the power supply, and hidden iPad Pro sleeve blew me away. Best thing is WaterField is local and shipping was super fast.

If you spend what you need to for your laptop, and your laptop is your livelihood, don’t skimp on your carrying case/bag. Get the best. I love this thing!

Perfection

I had planned to buy a 12 South book book but these are no longer in production and I looked for other options that provided safety and something that was not mass produced and plastic. By chance, I discovered Waterfield and the range of products ticked a lot of my preferences. I am clumsy and drop or knock things a lot. I live in Europe and travel a lot. Something that holds my MacBook snugly and that protects from rain was essential and so the waxed and leather finishes were attractive features. The bag can’t be filled with cables and other things that I don’t need except at home suited my needs and habits. The bag looks good. It’s casual and durable. I imagine it will need an annual maintenance treatment to keep the waxed finish waterproof and it also looks like something that will weather well in warm and wet conditions. The price and delivery costs were just under the limit for additional excise taxes which was a plus. I am a very happy new customer and will buy again but given the coming storm of Tariffs, I will probably have to wait until visiting the US. I wish this excellent company great success for the future. Can I suggest adding an internal pocket for a business card or AirTag.

When Steve Jobs introduced Apple's titanium PowerBook in 2001, WaterField designed a custom-fit sleeve to protect it. The SleeveCase was sized to fit the exact dimensions of the PowerBook so it stayed snug and scratch-free. HOW TO FRESHEN UP YOUR CANVAS

Keep your bag looking new by applying wax when you think it needs a little refresh. Although any wax is applicable, you can use Martexin Original Wax which was initially used to coat your canvas bag.
