This is the best phone case I found for construction use

Won't work with a case on the iPhone

I put a case on my iPhone 16 Plus similar to an Otterbox Fre which is supposed to provide drop protection. When I got the Ranger case I pushed the iPhone into the case and had to force the Ranger case closed. I was told by Customer Service that the case would only work with a naked iPhone or a minimalistic case similar to what Apple sells. They also told me to put the iPhone in the Ranger case and try to stretch it out. It didn't stretch much if any. I'd recommend contacting Waterfield and getting the dimensions prior to ordering since you have to pay shipping both ways - $7 when ordering and for me it was $20 back.
The case was well made. I just think it's unrealistic to expect someone to buy a $1100 product and not put a good case on it. With the case the Ranger case won't work. Without the case the Ranger case will work but you run the risk of damage if you drop or scratch you iPhone.

Excellent holster for iPhone 16 Pro

Material feel is great and the color is beautiful. It’s a little wider than I would like but overall made for an excellent holster.

Great Phone Case

Easy to use, looks great easy to put on and take off. Very secure when on which was important to me. Regardless what I am wearing it fits.

What I was looking for.

This is just what I was looking for. I tried so many different methods for a guy to carry a phone after my old clip on. Thought the answer was a pouch hanging on a short chain from my belt loop, because I rarely wear a belt. Swings too much and wears a hole in your pants. This works perfect, and looks great. For future editions, maybe a couple little D-hooks and an optional strap.

CARING FOR YOUR LEATHER CASE

We usually recommend leaving the full-grain leather of your Ranger iPhone Holster as is and allowing it to develop its own beautiful patina. However, if you’d like to freshen it up from time to time, you can use a leather conditioner — Gary demonstrates how in this video for the Cozmo Leather Briefcase.

Because the leather may darken slightly, first test the conditioner on a discreet area like the bottom of the bag. You can also use a hair dryer to warm the leather’s natural oils so they smooth and spread evenly.
