Perfect for me

This sling is light enough to not notice on my back but the materials are durable enough to trust to last a long time. It's got plenty of compartments for my daily carry, I love it so far!

Great Product!

I’ve been buying backpacks, slings, and sleeves from Waterfield for two decades now, so I fully expected my new Versus Gaming Sling to be well-designed, made of high quality materials, and hand-crafted to perfection. And it is.
I also expected it to be able to comfortably fit my Switch 2 along with its charger, HDMI cable, Pro Controller, and games. What I did not expect was that I could fit all of these (with the possible exception of the Pro Controller) in this case ALONG WITH MY SWITCH 2 DOCK. But I was amazed to find that I can, indeed, carry my Switch 2, cables, dock, and games all in one lightweight, compact case. Did I mention how compact this thing is, even when fully loaded with everything including the dock???
Seriously, if I could rate this with 10 stars instead of just 5, I would do so. This Sling is definitely a home run (not to mix metaphors or anything 😎).

The bag many of us have been wanting has finally been delivered. As some with multiple handheld gaming devices, this bag is a must. It has two nice sized pockets with space to fit a switch and a steam deck while leaving enough wiggle room for a charging device & any cables for that plus say a cartridge case for any Switch games. There’s also smaller a front pocket to fit a phone in.

However, I think the name of this bag is also selling it short. While marketed as an item to carry multiple gaming devices, its much more versatile. If you say are just bringing a Switch with you on the go, this frees up space in the bigger front pocket. The other day I was able to fit a Switch, Fujfilm camera, and kindle into this bag. Didn’t have enough room for my lens, but the bag has four loops you can put a carabiner on & attach small pouches to.

Great bag. Always nice to see WaterField coming up with something new to meet all sorts demands & this bag delivers on that.

High quality gaming sling

I’ve not had the opportunity to use this product in travel but i am very pleased with the functionality provided. It is very high quality as would be expected for any Waterfield product but is also very well thought out. Looking forward to using it.

With the Versus Gaming Sling, you'll never need to choose one handheld over another. Store your primary handheld console in the cushy, padded compartment, and use the accessory pocket for your second console.

Note: The usability of the pockets in the Accessory Compartment will depend on the size of device being carried there.

Thanks to the magnetic Fidlock™ buckle, the Versus Gaming Sling can easily be taken off without even lifting the strap over your head.

CARING FOR YOUR LEATHER AND WAXED CANVAS

If you have the waxed canvas and chocolate leather version of the SwitchPack for the Nintendo Switch, Gary shows how you can maintain these materials so they’ll look great over time. We use full grain Roughman Leather for your bag which has oils that respond well to heat.

Although this video is for the AirPods Max Shield Case, the maintenance also applies to your bag.

HOW TO FRESHEN UP YOUR CANVAS

Keep your bag looking new by applying wax when you think it needs a little refresh. Although any wax is applicable, you can use Martexin Original Wax which was initially used to coat your canvas bag.
