Perfect bag

The one you want….

I am a frequent traveller for work and this is THE BAG you always wanted!! Just amazing…. The pictures and videos don’t give it justice - the look and feel of the materials is beyond - and so amazingly cool as well, as you will be the only one with a bag like this in the airport - and people WILL ask you about it!

Wirecutter was right!

This is a great bag. It’s sized just right for all of my electronics, a shaving kit and a change of clothes. The perfect carry-on. Initially, I wasn’t sure about the waxed canvas and considered exchanging it for the nylon version. But after using it for a while I decided the canvas bag has a lot of character; more of an Indiana Jones look. Of course, now I need a felt fedora to go with it!

As a frequent flyer, this bag is almost everything I could ask for. It easily carries my laptop, 2 iPads, accessories and all the miscellaneous cords and chargers I’ll need for the week and fits nicely under the seat. It even has a pass thru for a rolling bag. I’m a big fan of Waterfield’s well thought out designs and quality Made in the USA construction. This is my second bag purchased and I’m very happy with it. The only change I would like is pen slots in one of the pockets for better organization.

The Air Porter Carry-on incorporates many details requested by our customers who frequently fly. It fits under most airline seats, with enough space for leg room, and can store the items you'll need during a flight.

THE AIR TRAVEL COLLECTION 

 

The bags and accessories in the Air Travel Collection are designed to be carried on board. Some can fit under the seat in front, in the seat back pocket, or in the overhead bin. They meet most airlines' carry-on size requirements so you can avoid checking in luggage.

All have dedicated compartments for holding tech gear so they stay separated from clothes and accessories. The Collection includes the large Air Travel Backpack, the smaller Air Porter Backpack, Air Duffel, Air Porter Carry-On, and the Air Caddy. 

HOW TO FRESHEN UP YOUR CANVAS

Keep your bag looking new by applying wax when you think it needs a little refresh. Although any wax is applicable, you can use Martexin Original Wax which was initially used to coat your canvas bag. 

CARING FOR YOUR LEATHER AND WAXED CANVAS

 

If you have the waxed canvas and chocolate leather version of the Air Porter Carry-On Bag, Gary shows how you can maintain these materials so they’ll look great over time. We use full grain Roughman Leather for your bag which has oils that respond well to heat.

 

Although this video is for the AirPods Max Shield Case, the maintenance also applies to your bag.
